Non-Circumvention. Tri-Global Equities will not contact, solicit, negotiate with, or transact directly with any borrower introduced by a broker, outside of the broker's knowledge and participation. The broker relationship is recognized from the point of first introduction and is not subject to reassignment, displacement, or bypass at any stage of the transaction.
Client Ownership. The borrower remains the broker's client. Tri-Global Equities serves as the capital resource — not as a competing originator, referral source, or direct lender operating independently of the introducing broker. No action will be taken to redirect, re-engage, or independently cultivate the borrower relationship.
Communication Channel. Brokers may elect to manage all communications between their borrower and Tri-Global Equities. If a broker requests that all deal-related correspondence be routed through them, that preference will be honored throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Compensation Protection. Broker compensation arrangements are documented in writing prior to closing. Tri-Global Equities does not close transactions in which a broker's fee position has not been formally acknowledged. Verbal agreements are not the standard — written confirmation is.
Confidentiality. All deal submissions, borrower information, and transaction details provided by a broker are treated as confidential. Tri-Global Equities does not share, repurpose, or circulate broker-submitted information outside of the direct capital placement process.
